# Text scramble/spin effect

years back I found a component that would spin the text in. Kind of like the odometer in a car except very fast so different letters would flash on to the screen and then they would stop one by one to reveal the message you choose. In FCP the effect is called a text scrambler. Anyone point me in the right direction?
