# The best monitor set-up for work

Hi,

I use flash full time now as a e-learning develop along with adobe illustrator and etc. I am getting my work station set up and I was wondering what would be best - 2 x 22" monitors or just a single one? Also what is the best resolution? Does anyone has any reccomendations or what do you use?
