# The == command

is it possible to write this?

if (\_root.win == 3) {  
\_root.gotoAndStop(“menu”);  
}

i would like it when the variable \_root.win = 3 that it goes to the menu frame. but it won’t work it will just continue to go up and never go to the menu frame.
