i worked 8 hrs today!!! 2 at a jewerly store and 6hrs landscaping at a mansion! we had atleast 70 yards of mulch! and we had to bring it up a hill in a wheel barrel. This job took the guy 12 grand to pull off. I got paid a truck load of money! and i am sssssssssssssssssssssooooo glad to be home. now my feet are in a bucket and im resting and trolling the forums. its great to be home. sorry for being away for so long:sigh: ๐Ÿ˜› ---

lol, i would rather have a job there then working out in the sun. i probally drank 2 galons of water. i had a tough time keeping the water in. i was swetting like crazy ---

that lost weight will come back to you, as you work more and more outside, youโ€™ll pretty much be working out. thus your body will want more food, then youโ€™ll gain the weight back. i started working out everyday about a month and a half ago and i gained a hefty 7 pounds. ---

if you eat slow, you consume less. I also only had a breakfest bagle with egg and cheese this morning, thats the only thing i ate for 8 hrs. That was stupid because i got a killer migraine. โ˜น im glad that job is over, the place i work for made a profit of 7,000!!! the other went to pay the help and the supplies needed for this project.
