the effect of the picture, how can I make the fade in effect, not the words, the picture, can someone give me a clue or something, I tried but not good…

You can probably put some black gradient shapes (black - transparent) over the background image to give the fade-in effect…

if you post your fla i can help you its fairly simple ive attached a file so you can see what its like, its just a shape tween of a gradient its not that hard if you need more help just let me know good luck 😉
download the file and just rename it to fade.fla seems kirupa hasnt added the upload fla feature yet :-/

I wanna know how they did the text effect. They were pretty cool. All gassy. Someone answer that.

Grim death, how did u make that shape tween work like that? was it that distubutive blend thing?

That must have been after effects flash si not capable of doing that besides if you look real good at it you can see the pixels 😉
