ok bear with me for a minute here,

i was wondering how would you get you get the effect of a passing by car where the lights of the car leave a trail behind them. kinda like an effect of spped or something.

i hope you know what i am talking about !  
if not i will try and find a picture of what i am talking about!! :beam:
