# Time delay gotoAndPlay

Hey guys, hope you all good?  
Im hoping someone can help me.

Is there a way to delay a gotoAndPlay?  
for example, if the flash movie gets to say frame 30, I need it to wait for 5 seconds, and then gotoAndPlay frame 100.

Anyone have any ideas?
