# Timer for years gone since

Hi  
I am at the moment designing a flash website in which I need to show the years, months, and days gone since a certain date, just in the form of a text field, Years:months:days. Obviously I would like this to be self updating etc  
Any help please Using Flash cs3 but As2.0
