Say I create a new timer:

```auto
var seekTimer:Timer = new Timer(1000,5);
seekTimer.addEventListener(TimerEvent.TIMER, seekTimerHandler);
seekTimer.start();
```

Now that will run 5 times. Does it automatically remove its event listener after 5 times?
