# Tiny question: After Effects?

Step two: how did they make that flashy lightning stuff with the logo? Is it done (or can it be done) with After Effects?  
Step three: Is After Effects easy to use for a newbie like me? 😉

nice effect.

2: it can be done in AE, more advanced methods though, would check out [Ayato’s AE tutorials](http://www.ayatoweb.com/ae_tips_e.html)

3: before you work on those, try the tutorial for beginners at kirupa 🙂
