# Tips for TV commercial

Hi Guys & Gals,

Ive been asked to output a flash animation as a tv commercial for a client of mine.

Do you have an tips for setting up the environment for this?  
Whats a good canvas size to start with?  
Do i just author it as frame-by-frame, or can i use tweens?

Just some general advice is all im after.  
Any ideas or know of any places to go get some info?
