# To download wamp, do I need to download c++ aswell

In [wamp.com](http://wamp.com) it says must download c++ first.  
but in sourceforge, you just download wamp. but I did that, but then the tray wont open says looking online for solution to problem, but it doesnt.  
nothing happens.  
am I doing the right thing.  
if anyone can help me , thanks
