# To save data

hi guys, my description might not be so good, but i hope that u guys really can help up…

i am trying to create one storyboard program by using Flash, the program let me to type down the notes for every scenes. But i face the problem that after i wrote the notes, i gotto to do something to let me to save the notes down, so that the next time when i open the program, i can still check on the notes i wrote. so basically is just to save the data in flash program. how ah??? pls anyone can help me up???

DO you want the data to be saved onto the computer or to the internet?

if you wanna store them on the client side as a cookie, you can use a SharedObject… If you wanna store them on the server, you need to use php or something like that…

search the forums for either cases, similar questions have been asked before 🙂
