So does anyone have any ideas for my left sidebar navigation? It seems that people currently arent happy with it for some reason… so what should change with it? What should be different? Lets hear some new ideas :ear: ---

I dunno personally I think the site looks great and it looks like it was developed nicely as well. What your back end like? How do you guys update it, etc… and did you script it all yourself? (i.e. I also mean the comments box’s, etc…) ---

I designed the interface and the backend is powered mostly by VBulletin (community, projectassist, and register/login). The rest are php scripts I have either designed or had designed for me. The commenting system is CuteNews - a good PHP news system. Emoticons are a collection mainly made up of some great ones by Senocular. Thanks for the great comments, I too like it so far 😃 ---

I’d move the sidebar to the right, 'cause in english it’s common to read from the left, so content is often put on the left side of the navigational bar (according to mezzoblue) and then try a light grayish blue for the color? ---

Its way more common to have the nav bar on the left? Ive never seen it on the right in most cases. Almost every site it is on the left… like… almost EVERY one that I can think off… except for maybe one or two sites. Usually the huge skyscraper banners on the the right lol… _cough_ hotmail _cough_ shockwave _cough_ Well, i’ll see if I can change the color… though I think grey and dark blue might look a bit dull… tan sort of give it a kick. What do you guys think? ---

well… I can’t think of any css/xhtml sites that have it on the left… mezzoblue… stopdesign… 1976design… all the biggeys 😜 ---

My site isnt css/xhtml based. I changed the side navigation… JUST FOR YOU bombingpixels 😛 Its now 200px in width and looks a bit sharper and less digital-web-like Enjoy :cap: ---

much better, but um… the flash animation is totally butchered on mozilla :huh: ---
