i have 2 questions

1-drop down menu like [www.estudio.com](http://www.estudio.com)  
i did the menu but the broplem is when i rollover the mouse to the menu it will drop down , when i roll out the mouse the munu goes up

what i need is when the menu drop down it will stiddy untill i press the button then it will go up

file is attached  
need help for that guys
