# Transparency for a sig in Flash question

Hello, Im very new with flash and I had a question about making a signature I made for a friend. I started off making the base of the image in photoshop and i knew to get the effect that I want, I would probably have to use flash rather than make a .gif file. The bottom image was what i came up with so far.

Now my question is how can I make the surrounding area of the signature be transparent, rather than the regular white background. Ive searched the forum and tried everything from this link with no avail:

Does anyone have any suggestions. Now, I’m rather new at Flash, so Be gentle 😛

Also if anyone knows a good way to host a flash signature in PHP that can be helpful too. Thank you in advanced.
