# Transparent flash over webpage?

can anyone give me (or point me in the direction of) some information on how to get a flash movie (with a transparent background) to show up over a webpage? for example have a flash movie of a little guy walking, that slides onto the webpage from the left… making it look like the little guy is walking onto the page. anyone?

thanks… but i want the movie to go over text and other images and everything… would the above work on that or do i need some additional dhtml layering or something?
