# Trouble playing a movie

Long ago, I downloaded a movie on Kazaa or limewire, doesnt matter, [its LEGAL to download in canada, where im at]. I played it and had no problems. Then i burned it to CD, and in the future i played it agian, and it worked fine.

Today, i try to watch it and i get this error message in WMP.

> Windows Media Player cannot play the file. One or more codecs required to play the fiel could not be found.

The file is divx, and i re-installed the divx player from the site, and it still didnt work. What do i do?

edit: forgot to mention that my divx player is corrupt. I uninstall it, re-install it, and it just freezes everytime. If anyone has any advice on fixing that too, please post!
