Troubles with Scrollbar

Hey all,

this is my first post, so go easy :slight_smile:

This is the issue!
I have an already made site…well it has all the parts i need (navbar text area, banner)
I want to add a scrollbar in the area I have created for text, BUT everytime i try and create one, it just plops the scroll bar ontop on the dynamic text and not in it.
It works fine when i create a NEW document, but I want to add it to an existing one.

Anyone have any ideas?

I have created a new layer, a new movie clip, etc…

It might help to know that the area I want the scrollbar to be in is a movieclip. Should I NOT put it in a movieclip?

I couldn’t find the thread you were refering too. Alot of people seem to have the same problem, but no one has said that it doesn’t work in an already made site, inside of a movie clip.

Maybe I should just get rid of the movie clip
