# Turkish characters encoding problem

i published a full flash website ([carbon5architects.com](http://www.carbon5architects.com/index.php?lang=tr)) . content texts are externally loaded from xml. there is not a problem while rendering on turkish xp, turkish vista os’s but have problems with english xp,german xp, english vista, german vista. i cant see turkish characters. i tried using embedded characters(i included turkish characters) and device fonts but there is still problem with this. i hope you help me. please see the screen shots. i tried to tell my problem. thanks…
