Hello!

Just a query into the use of the code in the MX tutorial, namely the snow flake effects. Is it OK to use the code for a university assignment which is completely for non-commercial use?

Regards,
Nicole

absolutely. Though the main intent of many of the tutorials is to help you learn specific techniques and be able to use them on your own, there is nothing wrong with using the provided code for any of your projects. You may, however, want to put the tutorial author’s name in comments where the code is placed. This is a respectful courtesy that also shows you aren’t trying to plagiarize the code. 🙂

Thanks a bunch! The author will definitely be referenced in the project report too. 😃
