Im looking for some tutorials on animating people in flash animations. Normal people or stick figures, it doesn’t matter. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can try animating the oldschool way by using the “frame by frame” method. Here’s a link to a basic tutorial, but it should give you an idea. =)
