# Tween and filters on a MovieClip

Hi just a quickie,  
I have a few different mc’s which simply contain a textbox with static text, and in some a small image. I want to attach/play these when the user navigates to a particular frame in my movie, and to add a little more flare I would like them to fade in and when navigated away, fade out. I was thinkin of using action script to attach these to each frame dynamically and use tween or/and filters.  
Can somebody point to a good tutorial or give some advice, doesnt need to be anything major, perhaps a more simplier way is also available.
