# Tween speed change...?

New to flash so my question is, how do I make a tween change from one speed to another. Like if I want something to rush into the page then slow down to a crawl as it’s still moving then stop, how do I create that tween to do such an action? Is this just a simple tween trick or is action script involved? Thanks in advance.
