# Tweening a line?

Is it possible to do amotion tween with a simple line or do i need to create a rectangle and tween that?

you can, all you have to do is, converting the line into graphic, movie clip or button.

However once it is a graphic, you can’t bend it like you can a regular line. forinstance. If I wanted to tween a link to look like an inch work crawling, the only way i know how to do it right now is to do it frame by frame. As soon as i place a tween on the line or converted line it becomes stiff.

I’m not sure if it gives you the expected result but try shape tweening…

what kind of effect are you exactly looking for?
