I’ve got an effect in mind that I’d like to do for a navbar - I think I’ve seen it before, but can’t remember where. When the user mouses over the button I want there to be some twinkling, fairy-dust-like lights illuminating around the text of the button. I’m not really looking for a tutorial on how to do this, I just want to see an example of it so I can figure out how I want to do mine. Anyone know where I can find this?

Thanks
