Hello.
I am having two problems with my site [www.jaysonalan.com](http://www.jaysonalan.com)

First, the preloader is not showing and I can’t figure out why.
The source file is at [www.jaysonalan.com/intro.fla](http://www.jaysonalan.com/intro.fla)

Second, When you enter the site if you click one of the navigation buttons before the swf stops playing then it the button will not work.
Any ideas?

ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
