What’s good here is the reframing: hesitation, stretch, and filler become part of the voiceprint instead of cleanup debris. The make-or-break bit is whether a reader can infer rhythm and intent without already knowing the original speaker.

```txt
uh... I mean, we could go now
[fill][pause:long][restart][stress:now]
```

It works better as a notation system than plain reading text, and the edge case is a nervous speaker where every pause could read as fear when it was just thinking time.
