# UIScrollbar component won't scroll!

Hello I am new to flash 8 and need some help.

I have a dynamic text box that is loading an external .txt and I am (trying) to use the scrollbar component.

the first problem is it seems not to load all of the text, or scroll to reveal it all. it works fine when i test movie, but not when i post it live.

the second problem is sometimes the scrollbar doesn’t show up right away, i have to click on another button and then click back to get it to show up.

would it have something to do with my publish settings? I have looked at it on a mac and a pc, explorer, firefox and safari.
