oh, suggestion: I don’t know if you have or are willing to sacrifice a few inches of head room but you could _float_ a wood floor over yer concrete slab for greater comfort…
(cleats or sleepers w/plywood over)
I did this once in a garage conversion - made for much greater comfort and only lost +/- 4"
if this matters - now would be the time to figure on it

Here’s the basics to the room. We should get the bathroom
framed out tomorrow. It’s coming along nicely so far:

**RelandR** - yeah i have a window! It’s pretty cool, it’s at my
chin-level so i can look right outside at ground level. This space
is intended for a bedroom in the building plans, but I need my
own workspace since UNFLUX has taken off.
As far as the floor, we’re just gonna have it sheeted with plywood
and then padded & carpeted. I need to have it kind of firm in this
room because of the need to zoom around in my office chair. 😉
**Soul** - yeah she _really_ said that…cutie indeed, thx =)
We’ve hammered colors, numbers, and letters into her since she
was born and now at 2yo she knows them all, and can count to
20 all by herself. I’m a proud pop indeed. =)
**[mdipi.com](http://mdipi.com)** - She’s a little over 2yo. Her birthday was on
Thanksgiving last year.
The room looks so small in these pics, I need to figure out a better
angle. It’s 10x12 total area, so that’s really a nice size room for
my office.

awesome work buddy good luck with your company bro, and its good to know someone else here has kids lol i got 2 of my own 4 and 3 years old they crack me up on the weekends i have em its great man well any ways keep up the good work pal and a little word to everyone and you can see its true if you want something real bad you can do it you just gotta put your mind to it and work towards your goal keep going bud we will keep supporting you via the net

grim - it took 3 hrs to run all the plumbing AND frame. 😉
