# Uninstalling ubuntu

I’ve had ubuntu on my laptop for like a year, but I’ve never used it, I can’t even get the network to work 😃 I’m just wondering, how do I get rid of it? Format the partition sounds right, but will GRUB still be installed? If so, how do I get rid of it? Seems pointless to have a boot loader if I only have one OS installed 🙂

EDIT: my real question would be: How do I get rid of GRUB?
