# Unloading the loader

is this the right way to do it?

```php
if (imageLoader != null){
imageLoader.unload();
}

```

or i need to say this:

```php
if (imageLoader != null){
imageLoader.unload();
imageLoader = null;
}

```

when do i need to say this?

```php
imageLoader = null;

```
