would it be possible to add a link at the bottom of a thread so that one can unsubscribe? It’s kinda annoying to have to go to user CP…

You can disable subscribing to threads in your user options, or you can click on unsubscribe in the UserCP.

I don’t know if it is possible to add an unsubscribe link in the thread itself.

wouldn’t it be just adding this link to the bottom of the page?

```php
64.207.155.38/forums/member2.php?s=&action=removesubscription&threadid=19050
```

I’m not sure how the php code works, but the threadid would have to be created dynamically, right? The code for adding it dynamically can be taken from the code that makes the “subscribe to this thread” link at the bottom of everypage.

Maybe, maybe not. I don’t know how the PHP code works either, but you have to dynamically create the thread ID, detect if the user is logged in, and possibly detect if the user is already subscribed to that thread (I don’t know if there is a “User Not Subscribed” error page or not).
