# Update part of website

Im developing a website for the danish band TAKO LAKO, and need som help.

I have the top part of the website (Menu, logo and audio player) made in flash, and the content of the sites done in HTML/CSS/PHP. Now, i want to be able to reload only the content, and not the entire site, when a menu item is clicked. Is there anyway to do this, without using frames (god, i hate frames) ?
