# Updated Site and Photos

On the homepage it says

Required:  
Flash  
Java  
Firefox  
Safari  
Explorer 6

Why? You have no flash or java elements. Your site is uber simple with a table design, surely you can optimize it for most browsers. I’m confused on what I am looking at. Exactly why do I need Flash and java, am I missing something?

If you watch the Videos in the Panoramas you will need the flash plug in.

There are two 36O panos that requires Java.

Keep in mind when the majority of your users see the requirements it becomes confusing and uninteresting. People don’t really want to see what they need installed to view your website, they just want to see the contents.

What I would do is this:

1. Get rid of that requirements verbiage
2. Have a sniffer on the pages that require Flash. From what I can see there isn’t much of a reason to require Flash Player 9 for what you’re doing, so you shouldn’t run into much trouble there
3. I would personally scrap the Java application and recreate it in Flash because a lot of people don’t have Java installed.

I think it’s pretty nice but the fonts used don’t really fit the logo.
