# Uploading files in flash forms

I wanted to ask wether its possible to upload a file using a flash form, i.e. opening the file browser in windows and adding a file, that can then be sent to a server?  
I would appreciate any help on the subject, links or tutorials, thanks a lot!!! :cap:
