# \[URGENT\] 3D Graph

My dad needs a graph drawn with X/Y/Z components. As far as I’m concerned, Excel can’t draw it. There’s over 2 million data points in each component. What sofware (free or not, doesn’t matter) can accomplish such a task? I need this ASAP.
