Is there anyway I can take an e-mail or a PDF file in Gmail, and store it somewhere so I can create a link that allows anyone to see that e-mail?

Basically, I have an e-mail that I’d like people to see just by clicking a link (even people who don’t have Gmail accounts, I’d just like it to display the E-mail).

Is this even possible?
