# URGENT help with scaling - client deadline

Hi guys,  
I’ve run into a rather annoying little problem where my dynamically created movie clips are scaled as a whole rather than cropping off what i don’t want.  
What i mean is, if i have a box that is 150x100 and i want to import an image in there, i scale it down to the image’s actual size (passed in via variables) - but when the image is imported into the clip (via loadMovie), the image is scaled too!!!  
Please help, i’ve uploaded my problem here:
