# URL no longer work from the command line?

hey guys, I’ve got IE set as my default browser and for some reason, running things like [http://www.kirupa.com](http://www.kirupa.com) stopped running from there. Now I get a “Windows Cannot Find [http://www.kirupa.com](http://www.kirupa.com), please use the search box etc.”

however when i set firefox as my default browser, my command line thing works again.

however, i’d like to use Internet Explorer.

I’ve installed IE7 but still the same problem.
