# Url tags not linking?

Not sure where to put this, but I was at [www.sbc.com](http://www.sbc.com), and saw some words that acted like a link on Hover, but didn’t link to any page. Looked at the source and found this:

Visit the <A url="http://www02.sbc.com/Products_Services/Residential/Catalog">Residential Products and Services Catalog</A>

```

Is this something anyone has seen before, this a url tag? I never have; maybe it’s CSS related?
