# US Teenager Vomiting on teacher

I read this in the Sydney Morning Herald and I am so astounded. Whether or not the teenager vomited on the teacher because it was intentional or unintentional, expelling the student and charged with battery! He said it was an accident because of exam stress but prosecutors said witnesses noticed it was intentional. Seriously, the situation has escalated without reason.
