# Use of distortion tool on a movie clip

Is the use of the distortion tool on a movie clip possible. I have this image of a tv screen which is skewed a little and I want to place inside of it a trialer of a video game. I can resize it and skew it but the one tool i really need to use is the distortion tool but it is greyed out. Any suggestions?
