Is there a tutorial or good thread somewhere on having a user-updatable section of text in a Flash site?

I’ve been playing around with this for a while now and can’t seem to get it workin that way I’d like. Basically, I just want a simple page of text that a user can alter by filling out a form. For instance, if the page loads as so:

Field 1a Field 1b  
Field 2a Field 2b  
and so on…

I want to set up a page with input fields so the user can alter each of those text values and post it back to the server. I’m sure there’s a simple .php script or something I can use for this but I’m striking out on my own. Any help would be great!
