# user32.dll relocated in memory

Why dont I just go back to windows 95… at least they didn’t have errors like XP

Ok, this is whats going wrong with my PC:  
When I boot up and log in I get a warning box saying that the user32.dll was relocated in the memory (no screen shots yet)

How is this fixable?
