hey, i’m pretty new to php and such so i thought the easiest way to have an easily updatable blog was to use some software like wordpress.
only thing is i don’t want to use a whole wordpress template, i only want to have the blog functionability. So in essence i’d just like a div on my own page to have the blog in it powered by wordpress.

is that possible? or are there other blogging software that would be easier to implement?
