# Using div in html

hey how u doing?  
i got a problem with using div,its like when i code the web page in which i use dreamweaver to do that,and when i uploaded and if there is a banner like ontop of the web page or i minimize the web page the div layers move out of place.

Does anyone got a code that i could use to fix that in one place
