# Using Duplicate - Do not want to change the original

I am using Flash cs5 and I have created a movieclip that plays images as thumb nails. This works exactly as I want with button interaction.

Now in CS5 I have duplicated this movieclip. Now when I change the movieclip it alters the original.  
What do I have to do so that the original movieclip does not change.
