# Using Flash With PowerPoint 97/2000

Hi,

Firstly, thanks so much for the guidance given in [Kirupa.com](http://Kirupa.com) regarding the above-mentioned topic.

I had to use a swf file for my ppt.

I did everything acording to the steps mentioned in Kirupa but everytime i save the ppt and open it again, it does not work.

I have to go back to the properties box of ‘Control Toolbox’ and select the option ‘True’ in ‘Playing’. It plays only then.

If any visitor were to download the pptthey will not be able to view it unless they enable the ‘Playing’ option.

Any help will be really appreciated.
