# Using frames with flash?

Should I even bother or should I keep the site strictly flash? i.e. i have a song playing on loop…but i want to do the whole thing in html…so i use a frame for the sound so it keeps on playing and the main frame changes when i click on a link…only prob…frames are just tricky to play with…

what do you think? had probs with frames in the past? i’m finding them rediculous.
